University Transfer Information
You may now access the online application for fall 2011. Although you will not be able to submit your
UC application until the filing period of November 1st -30th, you are encouraged to get an early start, be-
gin entering and saving your information, and begin crafting your Personal Statement. If you are apply-
ing to the CSU’s submit your application as early as possible.
UC Santa Cruz– Friday, October 1st UC application opens. Students will not be able to submit applica-
tions until Nov 1-30th, but are encouraged to start early!
UC Davis– Fall 2011 UC Undergraduate applications for admissions and scholarships will be available
October 1st to November 30th at www.universityofcalifornia.edu/apply. Www.admissions.ucdavis.edu

University Events
UCLA School of The Arts and Architecture will be hosting a free informational event about
the variety of performing and visual arts majors at UCLA. Presentations include the
application process, department descriptions, financial aid, portfolio/audition requirements
and more! Bay Area event will be on Friday, October 15th 2010 at the Woodfin Suites
Hotel, Emeryville CA. 6:30pm-8:00pm. RSVP REQUIRED

UCLA School of Theatre, Film, and Television will be hosting a free event for prospective
students, parents, and counselors about their programs at UCLA. Presentations include the
portfolio/audition/interview requirements and other UCLA resources. UCLA-James Bridges
Theater, Melnitz Hall 10am-12pm Sundays November 7th and 21.
UC Davis will be hosting a free online college fair at CollegeWeekLive, November 3-4, 9am-
7pm. Students can speak directly with college admissions officers using video chat, and
“pick up” admission information. Register online at collegeweeklive.com
UC Santa Cruz -Saturdays, Oct. 23rd is hosting preview day for prospective students and
families. Three campus tour sessions will be offered per day as well a comprehensive
overview of UCSC. Preview day is catered to Transfers and Freshman. Online Reservations

CSU Chico will be hosting their annual on campus Preview Day open house, Saturday

College Of Marin Transfer Club Information
Mission: Promote awareness of the transfer program and CoM students; be active link
between the transfer program and students; draw and create a strong sense of support
and community; provide peer support and up-to-date information to students planning to
transfer to four-year colleges or universities; and sponsor activities and events that allow
students to explore transfer options and gain valuable information about the transfer proc-
ess.

October 26th (10:00-2:00)– CLUB FEST– the club will have a booth set up outside the learn-
ing resource center quad along with other clubs on campus. There will be food, games,
and prizes available. Come join the fun!
