Points and Awards for competing in
The Quadrathlon (Four Events)
Sprinting (100m or 200m Ambulant or Wheelchair)
Running (600m or 800m or 1500m Wheel chair or Ambulant)
Throwing (Howler Javelin or Shot or Seated Club)
Jumping (Standing Long Jump or Running Long Jump or Wheelchair Slalom)
And Two Non-scoring Fun Events:
Seated Bean Bag (Height Throwing) and Shuttle Relays
