Starters



Chicken breast skewers marinated with Cajun spices

English rack of lamb with a rosemary and red wine reduction

served with buttered mashed potato, savoury cabbage with

Slow cooked whole duck leg marinated in Grand Marnier,

orange and garlic served with black pudding, mashed potato,

green beans, glazed carrots and an orange infused jus £15.50

Pan fried medallions of beef with a shallot, wild mushroom

and cognac cream sauce, served with rosemary and garlic

roasted potatoes and roasted vegetables £18.50



Free range chicken breast stuffed with smoked Lyburn

cheese, wrapped in smokey bacon served with a provencale

sauce, wild rice, braised leeks and baton carrots £15.50



Slow roasted free range pork belly, with apples, sage and

award winning pork and apple sausage, served with sage

mash potato, glazed carrots, green beans and a Calvados jus £15.50



Roasted English lamb rump, finished with a rich merlot and

redcurrant reduction, Boulangere potatoes and a medley of

Organic Scottish salmon fillet, poached in a court boullion,
