Training Projects:
Final project on “Comparative Study on voluntary retirement schemes [VRS] and
its theoretical paradigm” with various organisations in 2002. The objective of
study is to find out reason for adopting VRS, condition favouring the effective use of
VRS, factor-determining supply of VRS. During this period I have also come to know
perception of employees, workman, trade union and government towards VRS At
last I have came out with possible suggestion and recommendation which can make
VRS effective and optimum.

Summer Training with Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd. (MSSL) on “Training Plan” for
duration of Jul’01-Aug’01. For preparing training plan, we have to decide whether
training of employees is related to job or behaviour/attitude of person.
Identification of these needs is done by performance appraisal or employee
summary report.
