PARCEL SHEETS REVISION REQ/REC

10 20 Claimant has asked that the required right-of-way and temporary construction easements be staked on his property. The claimant has

been informed that he could utilize his 710 fees to have this area staked, but Matt suggested that the engineers may be able to perform

this if they still had surveying to perform. If approved by the Department, we will stake out 7/28/2011

the right-of-way and temporary construction easement.

Will the large tree within the TCE (Station 115+90R) be affected? Yes, it is

15 18, 83 anticipated that due to the amount of excavation adjacent to the proposed curb that the tree roots will be impacted. It is expected that 8/17/2011

the tree will be removed.

Will the gas pumps canopy within the TCE be affected? It is anticipated

that the gas pump canopy will not be affected.

Will the two (2) utility poles be removed or relocated in front of the claimant's property? Since the utility

poles will be impacted by the widening the poles will be relocated. Utility coordination is still ongoing therefore the new pole locations

Can the claimants engineer obtain a copy of the grading plan for this parcel? Included is the

grading plan for Parcel 33.

What are the restoration plans in this area around the drainage basin? The township claims there were plans to replant trees made with

Can both entrances remain open during construction to allow access from both lanes of traffic? Access will be

maintained for the property during construction. It is anticipated that both entrances will remain open for the majority of construction

duration however there is one period of construction (Phase 2B) when one of the entrances will be closed. In addition temporary closure

will occur during paving operations of the entrance.

Will the raised median be removed as requested by Frank Randazzo? Yes, the existing

median within the roadway will be eliminated during construction and not replaced.

Could the engineers please provide the deed that shows Parcel 87 (Wiley) as an adverse The deed is included

89, 91 Mr. Randazzo asked that the median in front of his property be shortened or eliminated. The existing

median within the pavement will be removed during the full depth pavement reconstruction. Within this section of roadway the concrete

Middle Bucks Area Vocational Technical School Authority - Richard Hansen, Facilities Manager, has asked if an orange construction fence

could be placed around the TCE. He explained that the school experiences vandalism and they feel this fence could help separate the

school property from the construction areas. If approved by the Department, a construction

fence can be provided. Please confirm that it's necessary and clarify the need and purpose for the fence. The fence delineates boundaries

119 but it does not physically protect the site.
