Will the large tree within the TCE (Station 115+90R) be affected? Yes, it is

What are the restoration plans in this area around the drainage basin? The township claims there were plans to replant trees made with

Can both entrances remain open during construction to allow access from both lanes of traffic? Access will be
maintained for the property during construction. It is anticipated that both entrances will remain open for the majority of construction
duration however there is one period of construction (Phase 2B) when one of the entrances will be closed. In addition temporary closure

median within the roadway will be eliminated during construction and not replaced.

Middle Bucks Area Vocational Technical School Authority - Richard Hansen, Facilities Manager, has asked if an orange construction fence
could be placed around the TCE. He explained that the school experiences vandalism and they feel this fence could help separate the
school property from the construction areas. If approved by the Department, a construction
fence can be provided. Please confirm that it's necessary and clarify the need and purpose for the fence. The fence delineates boundaries
