If your home phone service provider is NOT Verizon, your phone
number(s) may not be included in the system, should the township
utilize the Reverse 9-1-1 Notification System in an emergency. As a
courtesy to our parents, below is a police department registration
form, which would be sent DIRECTLY to the police department to
register your phone numbers if you would like to be registered for
this notification system, and ONLY if Verizon is NOT your home
phone service provider.
