Zoll-Dental Kurtzman Periotomes Titanium Coated To Ease Insertion & Preserve Sharpness!
The Kurtzman Periotomes by Zoll-Dental are used to cut the attachment to the tooth during extractions. Far less traumatic
than traditional extraction methods Periotomes allow the tooth to exit the bone occlusally thus eliminating the problems
caused by lateral movement. The Periotomes also help to lessen root fracture thus making for quicker and less problematic
extractions. The Zoll-Dental Kurtzman Periotomes are coated with a Titanium coating for long instrument life and for a
smoother instrument surface to ease insertion. The Kurtzman Periotomes have a slight flame shape to the head making them
easier to insert than tradtional blunted periotomes. The Kurtzman Periotomes are in the Featherweight® XL handle and are
available either individually or at a discounted price for the set of two. The Kurtzman Periotomes are made entirely in the US.
