In Kiev there are not many prestige restaurants which usually choose business
people
First at this list is Japanese restaurant “ San Tori” (Sagaydachnogo str.41). Today it
is very popular to taste different dishes of Japanese food and here they are cooked very
good. But…it loose in some aspects of interior
"Le Grand Café " (Museinyi lane 4) has another style. Here you can taste very
refined French and European food.
Interior here is very rich and beautiful but prices also very expensive
If you are a constant client of “ Le Grand Café” you can get a discount card for
10%
"Dixieland" ( Kirilo-Mefodievskaya str). At mine opinion it is one of the most stylish
and cosy restaurants in Kiev. Here you can visit VIP room for seven persons to
celebrate you business event. Also in this restaurant you can also taste very nice
French and European dishes
Expensive but not very popular are restaurants "Zaporojie”, "Caravella" and
"Surprise".
In "Zaporojie”, you can taste very good French food, which were cooked by Erve
Burdon a French.
"Caravella” has European food. Here they put much attention to the fish
dishes, that is why the menu is various and harmonious. Here is a big
verity of wines and expensive cognacs. Interior is at the middle level but
service very good
. Restaurant "Surprise" is famous by its deserts and French food, which is
cooked by Ukrainian Denins Komarenko.
Good prices, good restaurants
To this list belong "Concord", "Pantagrual", "Edelvais” and "Barcelona". Prices
here are near $30-50 per person.
"Concord", is situated at the “ Kiev-Donbass” business centre at the very high floor
But, I must consider that it is very hard to find it
At "Pantagrual", you feel yourself very cosy and convenient but the food become
worse last time
In "Edelvais " is very good German dishes. Here quality of service, preparation of food and
an interior supplement each other
And, finally, Spanish - "Barcelona”, frankly speaking it is one of my favorite
restaurants. It is situated very far, and not many people get here, that is why you fell
the atmosphere of confidentiality. Service and dishes are at the very high level.
I am agree-all of us have different tastes, so you and only you will choose were to
go
