Dengan laju perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, e-learning menjadi sebuah paradigma pendidikan modern salah satunya di perguruan tinggi. Sebagai sebuah inovasi e-learning juga menimbulkan pro dan kontra.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan elearning dan respon atau tanggapan mahasiswa terhadap penerapan e-learning dalam pembelajaran di Program Pasca Sarjana IAIN Walisongo Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data berasal dari wawancara kepada dosen yang mengajar di semester IV tahun 2012 dan mahasiswa semester IV angkatan 2010 konsentrasi Islamic Studies dan tenaga teknis di Program Pasca Sarjana IAIN Walisongo Semarang. Selain itu data diperoleh juga dari observasi dan studi literatur. Proses analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan interaktif model dari MilesHuberman yakni terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Sedangkan untuk keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi data. Berdasarkan analisis data hasil lapangan, maka ditemukan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan e-learning dalam pembelajaran di Program Pasca Sarjana IAIN Walisongo Semarang adalah terbatasnya sumber daya manusia di bidang teknologi informasi, fasilitas dan infrastruktur yang kurang memadahi serta rendahnya pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap teknologi informasi. Sedangkan respon atau tanggapan mahasiswa terhadap penerapan e-learning dalam pembelajaran di Program Pasca Sarjana IAIN Walisongo Semarang ada yang merespon positif di

Salah satunya dengan menerapkan e-commerce.Dalam penelitian ini akan dikaji mengenai manfaat yang dirasakan perusahaan di Kabupaten Jepara dalam mengimplementasikan e-commerce sebagai media pemasaran serta tantangan atau kendala yang dihadapi perusahaan di Kabupaten Jepara dalam mengimplementasikan e-commerce serta dikaji sejauh manaefektifitas penerapan e-commerce dalam perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 10 perusahaan di Kabupaten Jepara terdiri dari 5 perusahaan manufaktur dan 5 perusahaan jasa, di mana perusahaan-perusahaan tersebut telah mengaplikasikan teknologi ke dalam perusahaannya diantaranya dengan menerapkan e-commerce.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Proses analisa data pada penelitian ini menggunakan model interaktif dari teori Miles dan Hubermen yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan serta verifikasi.
