Embed Documents in Your Blog or Website with Docstoc

By embeding documents, you’re able to provide a unique document viewing experience for your users, prevent unnecessary downloading and users leaving your site, and your documents will be indexed in search engines, helping to drive more traffic back to your site.

How to Embed Documents

Step 1: Create an account on docstoc and upload the document(s) you want to embed on your website or blog to docstoc.

Step 2: After upload is complete, click on the Profile tab and scroll down to the "my documents" section, where you will see a complete list of your documents. Click on the document you want to display on your site.

Step 3: From the "Document Display" page, you will find a button that says "embed this doc". Click on the button and you can copy and paste the embed code.

Step 4: You can change the width and height of the embedded document on your site by adjusting the values in the "width" and "height" boxes.

Step 5: You can also choose whether to display "related documents", "other documents by this user" and "document statistics" at the bottom of your embedded document, by checking (or unchecking) those options.

Step 6: Copy the embed code to your blog in the place you want to the document to be viewed and save the page.

Step 7: Check out the document on your website or blog.
